Fees

Fixed price mediation provides the services of an RICS Panel Mediator for a fixed price that covers pre-mediation preparation and mediation time on the day itself up to a maximum of seven hours. 

The cost is calculated using the scale detailed below. Claim values are calculated by the quantum of the higher of the claim or the counterclaim.

(All fees are subject to VAT)

NOTE: A 10% discount is offered to any online mediation taken up, although this is not recommended for boundary disputes where a physical appearance on site is considered critical to the overall outcome.
